I am certain you would agree that maintaining a business can be hard at times. Trust me when I say, “I get it”! I have been an entrepreneur since 2004.
I grew up in the corporate world where there were specific departments responsible to perform certain jobs and tasks. I was a Merchant; a couple of my key responsibilities were product selection and making sure I stayed within my financial plan. I was not in charge of web development, accounting, advertising, legal, administrative tasks and so on.
When I became self-employed, I immediately discovered that I needed to wear all these hats. I was self-educated when it came to overseeing the huge number of responsibilities that fell into my lap. It did not take long for me to realize what I was proficient at and to look for outside help when required.
